WEDNESDAY

woke up: 8:15am

went to bed: 11:00pm

breakfast: 2 pack of instant oatmeal(maplebrown sugar)

lunch: small piece of lasagna

snack: 2 cookies

dinner: plate of vegetable lo mien( felt like crap after, too greasy for my stomach)

*The overall day was tiring. not much energy




THURSDAY

woke up: 9:15am

went to bed: 10:45pm

Breakfast: plain bagel toasted with regular cream cheese & a Med hot chocolate w/whip cream

snack: sugar cookie w/frosting

lunch: 2pck of instant oatmeal(maple&brown sugar) with water & a 6oz pack of blackberries

dinner: Swiss burger w/fries, tortilla chips with cheese and been dip and tomato and onion dip, full glass of water. Also drank some water through out the day prob 24oz the whole day.

* was very full from dinner which made me feel like crap, very bloated. I tend to overeat every time i eat. I ate the entire burger and all the fries, including all the appetizers.



FRIDAY

woke up: 6:30am

went to bed: 3:30am

breakfast: egg & cheese on a croissant w/Med hot choc w/whip cream

lunch: tuna fish sandwich on whole wheat bread, toasted with lemon juice and a 6oz pack of blackberries

dinner: went to a holiday party and ate alot of stuff : ) cocktail shrimp, beer bread, 1 1/2 cup of alcohol, scoop of taco salad w/tortilla chips





SATURDAY

woke up: 8:00 am

went to bed: 10:45pm


breakfast: 2pck of instant oatmeal(maple brn sugar) didn't finish it.

lunch: bowl of italian pasta, garlic bread( 6 sml pieces) and a small bag of cheese doodles

dinner: another holiday party so a bunch of finger foods- spinach and artichoke dip, veggies, some wings, chicken salad, bread, a small piece of cheesecake, a slice of cake with frosting

*part of the day i was cranky and tired from the night before, but once i ate lunch i felt better.

SUNDAY
woke up: 8:25am

went to bed: 10:45pm

breakfast: 2 breakfast sandwiches from MC Donald's, med hot chocolate-drank only a few sips( felt like crap after)
lunch: nothing- a bottle of ice tea

dinner: salami, tomato, cheese, avocado,lettuce & some dressing sandwich on cinnamon bread, a glass of water.
snack: slice of cake and some chips

*the entire day i felt really off. I was dizzy, a little nauseous and left like the ground was moving- i was'nt sure if it was the hot choc, because i notice that coffee and caffeine throw me really off and this hot choc was from mc don and i usually get it from dunkin donuts and don't feel like that with d&d hot choc.

I tend to eat like crap generally when I'm rushing to get to work or I'm too tired coming come from work.
