THURSDAY Dec 23rd
woke up: 8:30am
went to bed:10:45pm
breakfast: bowl of kashi cereal with soy milk
snack: 1 fat free-no salt rice cake, 1 banana
lunch: 1 pack (6oz)of blackberries, hearty italian salad(prepack-Doles, half the bag)2 slices of hearty oak bread(toasted)
dinner: chinese food.... i dont know i do this to myself because I know its so greasy and it always make me feel like pure CRAP after eatting it. so i had golden fingers(5) a cpuple sppon fulls of white rice and an eggroll
FRIDAY Dec 24th
woke up: 6:30am
went to bed:11:30pm
breakfast: bowl of kashi cereal with 1/2 of a banana
snack: 1 1/2 of fate free-no salt rice cakelunch: lean cuisine chicken, soinach, mushroom panin, 1 pack (6oz) of blackberries
dinner: home made italian pizza (3 slices)
was feeling ok half the morning and once i got to work and took my vit D and zoloft meds i felt really dizzy and lighted for a couple hours.
SATURDAY Dec 25th
woke up: 7:30am but fell back to sleep woke up at 10:30am
went to bed: 3:30am
breakfast: scrambled eggs, 3pc of bacon, potaoe cubes, 2pcs of sugar & cinnamon baquet bread and 2 mamosas
lunch: nothing
dinner: 1 slice of prime rib, 1 1/2 slices manacotti, 3 stuffed shrimp
snack: peanut butter bar and popcorn
SUNDAY Dec 26th
woke up: 10:20am
went to bed: 1:30am
breakfast: bowl of kashi cereal with soy milk
lunch: nothing
dinner: 2pcs of pizza, 2pc of stuffed shrimp, roll, glass of v8 juice
snack: 2 slices of whole grain bread(toasted)
MONDAY Dec 27h
woke up: 7:30am
went to bed: 11:00pm
breakfast: bowl of kashi cereal w/soymilk
lunch: slice of manacotti, i slice of pizza, sweet potoeto, 2 stuffed shrimp
snack: 3pc of spinach, asiago cheese and proschutto cheese bread
dinner: kashi cereal w/soymilk
snack: v8 juice

woke up: 7:25am
went to bed:
breakfast: med hot choc with whip cream, hapf of everything bagel with little of cream cheese
snack: 1 1/2 pcs of low fat salt free
lunch: a piced of spinach roll bread, 6oz of blacberries, water
