woke up: 6:40 am
worked out w\Sara
breakfast: bowl of kashi organic cereal w\soy milk and a banana
snack: kashi bar (2 in a pack)and a pack of 6ox blueberries
lunch: 1 tilapia fish w\sauteed peppers, onions and kale( all made in olive oil, seseame oil, garlic and sea salt)
dinner: nothing
snack: sea salt chips and a grapefruit
went to bed: 11:00pm
SATURDAY JAN 29th
woke up: 7:25am
breakfast: kashi organic cereal w\soymilk and a banana
snack: kashi bar(2 in a pack), small piece of blueberry cake
lunch: 5" veggie grinder from subway on whole grain bread(american cheese,lettecue,onion,black olives,cucumbers,sweet pepper salt&pepper oil and vinegar w\ a pack of baked chips
snacks: a few pieces of mini chocoloates, & a 6oz of blackberries
dinner: nothing
snack: some kashi cereal(dry) and a orgainc cereal bar
drink: had a few sips of gin and tonic and beer
late snack: a few more mini chocolates
went to bed: 3:45am
SUNDAY JAN 30th
woke up: 9:30am
breakfast: onion bagel with cream cheese and a banana
lunch: small bowl of whole wheat pasta with home made sauce, a little par cheese on top, 2 pieces of garlic bread, steamed veggies and brussel sprouts, a sml piece of roast w\potaoes and carrots
drink: a sml glass of juice

THURSDAY Dec 23rd
woke up: 8:30am
went to bed:10:45pm
breakfast: bowl of kashi cereal with soy milk
snack: 1 fat free-no salt rice cake, 1 banana
lunch: 1 pack (6oz)of blackberries, hearty italian salad(prepack-Doles, half the bag)2 slices of hearty oak bread(toasted)
dinner: chinese food.... i dont know i do this to myself because I know its so greasy and it always make me feel like pure CRAP after eatting it. so i had golden fingers(5) a cpuple sppon fulls of white rice and an eggroll
FRIDAY Dec 24th
woke up: 6:30am
went to bed:11:30pm
breakfast: bowl of kashi cereal with 1/2 of a banana
snack: 1 1/2 of fate free-no salt rice cakelunch: lean cuisine chicken, soinach, mushroom panin, 1 pack (6oz) of blackberries
dinner: home made italian pizza (3 slices)
was feeling ok half the morning and once i got to work and took my vit D and zoloft meds i felt really dizzy and lighted for a couple hours.
SATURDAY Dec 25th
woke up: 7:30am but fell back to sleep woke up at 10:30am
went to bed: 3:30am
breakfast: scrambled eggs, 3pc of bacon, potaoe cubes, 2pcs of sugar & cinnamon baquet bread and 2 mamosas
lunch: nothing
dinner: 1 slice of prime rib, 1 1/2 slices manacotti, 3 stuffed shrimp
snack: peanut butter bar and popcorn
SUNDAY Dec 26th
woke up: 10:20am
went to bed: 1:30am
breakfast: bowl of kashi cereal with soy milk
lunch: nothing
dinner: 2pcs of pizza, 2pc of stuffed shrimp, roll, glass of v8 juice
snack: 2 slices of whole grain bread(toasted)
MONDAY Dec 27h
woke up: 7:30am
went to bed: 11:00pm
breakfast: bowl of kashi cereal w/soymilk
lunch: slice of manacotti, i slice of pizza, sweet potoeto, 2 stuffed shrimp
snack: 3pc of spinach, asiago cheese and proschutto cheese bread
dinner: kashi cereal w/soymilk
snack: v8 juice

breakfast: med hot choc with whip cream, hapf of everything bagel with little of cream cheese
snack: 1 1/2 pcs of low fat salt free
lunch: a piced of spinach roll bread, 6oz of blacberries, water

woke up: 8:15am
went to bed: 11:00pm
breakfast: 2 pack of instant oatmeal(maplebrown sugar)
lunch: small piece of lasagna
snack: 2 cookies
dinner: plate of vegetable lo mien( felt like crap after, too greasy for my stomach)
*The overall day was tiring. not much energy
THURSDAY
woke up: 9:15am
went to bed: 10:45pm
Breakfast: plain bagel toasted with regular cream cheese & a Med hot chocolate w/whip cream
snack: sugar cookie w/frosting
lunch: 2pck of instant oatmeal(maple&brown sugar) with water & a 6oz pack of blackberries
dinner: Swiss burger w/fries, tortilla chips with cheese and been dip and tomato and onion dip, full glass of water. Also drank some water through out the day prob 24oz the whole day.
* was very full from dinner which made me feel like crap, very bloated. I tend to overeat every time i eat. I ate the entire burger and all the fries, including all the appetizers.
FRIDAY
woke up: 6:30am
went to bed: 3:30am
breakfast: egg & cheese on a croissant w/Med hot choc w/whip cream
lunch: tuna fish sandwich on whole wheat bread, toasted with lemon juice and a 6oz pack of blackberries
dinner: went to a holiday party and ate alot of stuff : ) cocktail shrimp, beer bread, 1 1/2 cup of alcohol, scoop of taco salad w/tortilla chips
SATURDAY
woke up: 8:00 am
went to bed: 10:45pm
breakfast: 2pck of instant oatmeal(maple brn sugar) didn't finish it.
lunch: bowl of italian pasta, garlic bread( 6 sml pieces) and a small bag of cheese doodles
dinner: another holiday party so a bunch of finger foods- spinach and artichoke dip, veggies, some wings, chicken salad, bread, a small piece of cheesecake, a slice of cake with frosting
*part of the day i was cranky and tired from the night before, but once i ate lunch i felt better.
SUNDAY
woke up: 8:25am
went to bed: 10:45pm
breakfast: 2 breakfast sandwiches from MC Donald's, med hot chocolate-drank only a few sips( felt like crap after)
lunch: nothing- a bottle of ice tea
dinner: salami, tomato, cheese, avocado,lettuce & some dressing sandwich on cinnamon bread, a glass of water.
snack: slice of cake and some chips
*the entire day i felt really off. I was dizzy, a little nauseous and left like the ground was moving- i was'nt sure if it was the hot choc, because i notice that coffee and caffeine throw me really off and this hot choc was from mc don and i usually get it from dunkin donuts and don't feel like that with d&d hot choc.
I tend to eat like crap generally when I'm rushing to get to work or I'm too tired coming come from work.
